About this repair
There are may causes for paper jams in printers. Low quality paper can leave "paper dust" behind that causes sheets to stick to the printer components. Overfilling your paper tray can crush sheets together, making the roller pick up two or more pieces of paper to then ruin your printer. Bleeding ink can dry and stick to pages and cause jams. We will happily unjam and clean your printer, and then help you find your perfect paper type and fill rate.
Important Note: To properly test and diagnose your printer, genuine replacement ink or toner is required to complete the diagnostic process. Please bring new genuine ink or toner with your printer for service. If you are unsure what ink or toner to buy, please contact us and we will help you.
