My laptop was infected with malware and Scott in the Omaha location was extremely helpful with removing the malware and making sure it was cleared and running virus free. He is super friendly and I highly recommend Heartland computer.

I dropped my laptop off late Thursday morning to update to Windows 10 and to add a SSD hard drive. They were closed Friday due to bad weather with ice so they opened again Saturday morning and I went and pick it up. Very fast and thorough service. Still getting used to windows 10 especially since this laptop is nearly 7 years old and is not a touchscreen. But Raj is excellent to deal with and this is the second time I've use this shop and won't hesitate to use them again.

I was having crashing issues on my laptop. Was very pleased that Heartland Computer was able to address the issue and get it resolved without losing any of my data. Ended up being a hardware issue that needed to be replaced. Took several business days to get it back, but it was a holiday week. Overall, very good experience and no issues with my computer since.
