There are simply no words to express how much I appreciate this company ! Roger & his wife go above and beyond with each and every customer they come in contact with. I am relocating to my home state of PA and I appreciate these folks so much that I will send my systems through the mail to be maintained by Heartland Computers...This is the epitome of GREAT SERVICE & THE BEST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Thank you so very much for being FANTASTIC !!!

I was having crashing issues on my laptop. Was very pleased that Heartland Computer was able to address the issue and get it resolved without losing any of my data. Ended up being a hardware issue that needed to be replaced. Took several business days to get it back, but it was a holiday week. Overall, very good experience and no issues with my computer since.

Roger and the staff at Heartland Computer has been my 'Go to" repair and installation shop for a couple of years now. They've always been friendly, helpful and professional. I've had my case replaced, memory added, water-cooling system installed, windows upgraded, main C; drive replaced and system physically cleaned. I cannot say enough about their positive work ethic. Whatever your pc system requirements, Heartland Computer are the BEST.
