Roger is an extremely competent hardware and software technician, a real gentleman and an honest business man. He goes above and beyond to help you with your computer problems and gets things resolved right away in a very professional manner. I walked in his store to check things out because I was having computer problems. Roger came to my house that very same day and had my desk top and lap top running like a charm. I highly recommend Heartland Computers and will recommend them to all my friends.

There are simply no words to express how much I appreciate this company ! Roger & his wife go above and beyond with each and every customer they come in contact with. I am relocating to my home state of PA and I appreciate these folks so much that I will send my systems through the mail to be maintained by Heartland Computers...This is the epitome of GREAT SERVICE & THE BEST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I took my laptop to a 'big box store' for repair. After they had the laptop for 1 week, I was told they could not repair it. My husband recommended I take it to Heartland. It was fixed - better than ever - in 1 day. It is like I have a new laptop. I recommend Heartland to anyone who will stand still and listen. They are my only resource going forward. Thank you Roger.

Roger fixed my lady friends computer in a very timely matter. She was very happy, she settled down ,when I told her what you said about apple's repair plan. Things are doing a lot better. He's the best. He has my business for sure!!
