My printer was repaired as promised quickly and for a fair price. I have had other work done in the past on a desktop computer. They tell you what they can do for you and then they do that. An excellent place to take anything to be fixed.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Offer solution based on option. Cost effective and responsive one on one interaction and understable. Very personable on phone call, professional, courteous after telephone calls. Keep you up-to-date with progress. Roger is the kind a person who you see in the public, you will greet and talk with him. Very even tempered and never appear to be surrounded by the stress. I would be returning back for any computer related services. Congrat to you and your wife on the new baby girl. Hope he and his wife pass along their personality and knowledge to new daughter.
