I dropped my laptop off late Thursday morning to update to Windows 10 and to add a SSD hard drive. They were closed Friday due to bad weather with ice so they opened again Saturday morning and I went and pick it up. Very fast and thorough service. Still getting used to windows 10 especially since this laptop is nearly 7 years old and is not a touchscreen. But Raj is excellent to deal with and this is the second time I've use this shop and won't hesitate to use them again.

There are simply no words to express how much I appreciate this company ! Roger & his wife go above and beyond with each and every customer they come in contact with. I am relocating to my home state of PA and I appreciate these folks so much that I will send my systems through the mail to be maintained by Heartland Computers...This is the epitome of GREAT SERVICE & THE BEST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! My front screen went black 6 months ago and once again it happens, This is my go to place when these things happen!! They're very kind and loyal!! Such amazing work!! I can't wait to get my phone back (: 10/10⭐
