We had the best experience at Heartland Computer on Broadway in Council Bluffs. The tech, Janena, was absolutely amazing and kept us updated on the progress. Definitely recommend talking to Heartland Computer if you’re having issues. They fixed PC rather quickly when I gave them barely any information to go on. They were extremely helpful and kind when talking to them and the pricing was clear and fair.

My laptop had gotten so slow it was like using dial-up again. Marshall in Council Bluffs did the job. Now my laptop is lightening fast again. I would recommend them to anyone having speed issues. Thank you Marshall!

nothing but good things to say about jay and roger amazing people very computer smart diagnosed problems fixed computer and runs amazingly fast roger gave me a 30day warranty if i was not satisfied most places would not but im happy with there work will be a lifetime customer !!
