What a heartbreak to have my fifteen-or more Epson oversized scanner GT20000 quit working. I scan printed sheet music covers and music. On a whim I took it to Heartland Computers in Council Bluffs, to see if anything could be done. It was so old, we weren't sure where to get parts! They sent me a quote and luck was with us. They had a part in Omaha! Jay fixed it and had it back to me in less than three weeks. I was thrilled. It runs quieter than it has for years and scans beautifully. She really knew what she was doing! Friendly and confidence-inspiring. I am scan-happy again!
