The fee for this diagnostic service is $65 for an officejet printer, which can be applied towards the cost of the repair. The abnormal conditions listed below are in our scope, but are not limited to the following:

Printer clogging

Important Note: To properly test and diagnose your printer, genuine replacement ink is required to complete the diagnostic process. Please bring new genuine ink with your printer for service. If you are unsure what ink to buy, please contact us and we will help you.
