Buying non-genuine ink refills may seem like a cost effective choice upfront. But ink in printers are highly specialized, and formulated specifically for their individual printer models. Buying non-genuine ink can cause more frequent bleeding and spills inside your printer, or clog up your printer and prevent it from working at all. If the documents you print aren't coming out right, we'll clean and repair your printer, and help you find the ink you need for your best printing performance.
Important Note: To properly test and diagnose your printer, genuine replacement ink or toner is required to complete the diagnostic process. Please bring new genuine ink or toner with your printer for service. If you are unsure what ink or toner to buy, please contact us and we will help you.
