Data Backup/Data Recovery

Data Backup and Recovery are two different things. Data Backup is when your hard drive is in good condition and you want to backup data and transfer into a different computer or media (Flash Drive, Optical Drive, or External Drive) for later use. This type of operation is usually done when a user wants to discontinue using an old computer system and transfer the data to a new system or want to make a copy of the same data to protect from accidental data loss. We always recommend our customers, or users, to keep a backup of data on a regular basis to protect from accidental data loss caused by virus infection, hard drive mal-function, stolen, or physical damages. We can also configure automatic cloud data backup for our customers (* highly recommended). These operations are widely used and are more reliable in today's technological world for businesses and individuals.
    

Data Recovery: When system crashes due to certain mal-function in hard drive, virus infection, corruption in operating system and booting problem in system itself, or users accidental data deletion. We need to perform data recovery tasks. There are four different levels of data recovery methods.
    

• Data Recovery Level 1: When the Windows operating system dosen't boot, but we can read/view the hard drive from BIOS. Usually in this situation we can read the hard drive as well as data easily.
• Data Recovery Level 2: When the hard drive is seen active in BIOS, but the Windows operating system does not fully read the hard drive.
• Data Recovery Level 3: When hard drives are  in RAID configuration, Although RAID can often save you from accidental data loss it is still possible for data loss, or corruption to occur. Usually data recovery in RAID configurations takes a longer time and costs more. 
• Data Recovery Level 4: When we can not read hard drive in BIOS at all. 

Our data recovery and backup operation starts from $45.00. We do not charge any fee if we are not able to recover data successfully. 

Note: There is no gurantee to save your data using data recovery method. However, we will try our best. We provide FREE analysis. We only charge if we are able to save your data. Once data recovery process are completed, our team will contact our customer and request media to provide us. So, we can copy recovered data to media for future use. Customer can also purchase media from us. Recovery fee does not include media unless it is mentioned in estimated price. We only process final recovery task, once the customer approves our estimate. Customer must verify recovered content within 24 - 48 hours. Once 48 hours is past, we are not able to go back and re-run recovery task.
