Data Backup and Recovery are two different things. Data Backup is when your hard drive is in good condition and you want to backup data and transfer into a different computer or media (Flash Drive, Optical Drive, or External Drive) for later use. This type of operation is usually done when customers want to discontinue using an old computer system and transfer the data to a new system or want to make a copy of the same data to protect from accidental data loss. We always recommend our customers, or users, do a backup of data on a regular basis to protect from accidental data loss due to virus infection, hard drive mal-function, stolen, or physical damages. We can also configure automatic cloud data backup for our customers which is highly recommended. These operations are widely used in today's technological world by businesses and individuals. They are very affordable and reliable.
    

Data Recovery: When system crash due to mal-function in hard drive, virus infection, corruption in operating system and booting problem in system itself, or users accidental data deletion, we need to do data recovery tasks. There are different levels of data recovery methods. We categorize in 4 levels. 
    

• Data Recovery Level 1: When we can not boot to the Windows operating system, but we can read the hard drive in BIOS. Usually in this situation we can read the hard drive as well as data easily.
• Data Recovery Level 2: When we can see the hard drive is present in BIOS, but the Windows operating system does not read the hard drive successfully.
• Data Recovery Level 3: When hard drives are  in RAID configuration, Although RAID can often save you from accidental data loss it is still possible for data loss, or corruption to occur. Usually data recovery in RAID configurations takes a longer time and costs more. and
• Data Recovery Level 4: When we can not read hard drive in BIOS at all. 

Our data recovery and backup operation start from $45.00. We do not charge any fee if we are not able to recover data successfully. 

Note: There is no gurantee to save your data using data recovery method. However, we will try our best. We provide FREE analysis. We only charge if we are able to save your data. Once data recovery process are completed, our team will contact our customer and request media to provide us. So, we can copied recover data to media for future use. Customer also can purchase media from us. Recovery fee does not include media unless it is mentioned in estimated price. We only process final recovery task, once customer approved our estimate. Customer must verify recovered content within 24 - 48 hours. Once 48 hours is past, we are not able to go back and re-run recovery task.
