This is my first experience with Heartland computers. I presently have four I-pads within the family (grandkids). Recently my personal Air pad 4 was having difficulty charging. I was able to have the computer evaluated and on option was to replace it with a refurbished model. Not cheap but 1/2 price new. Roger was very frank. Jay was wonderful. Kept me informed about when. Jay contacted and with a face-face appt., we were able to reload all of the previous data from the Cloud, especially the fly-tying videos from you-tube! Wow. All set now. But will be back as needed.
