A thumbs up for "Jay" at Heartland Computers in Council Bluffs. She is very polite, respectful, and professional. My laptop needed a new keyboard. This particular model laptop required everything to be removed bottom->up to replace the keyboard. I brought my own part (new keyboard). Jay was able to get it installed that day. I observed she used anti-static gloves (yay!). While the price was slightly higher than I wanted, having someone else perform the 3-hour job, having them include costs such as thermal paste in the "job price", freeing me up to do other things for three hours, and having the job completed the same day was well worth the cost. To top it off, Jay even cleaned my laptop, screen, keyboard, and all! If asked, I would recommend contacting Jay for computer support.
