Roger is an extremely competent hardware and software technician, a real gentleman and an honest business man. He goes above and beyond to help you with your computer problems and gets things resolved right away in a very professional manner. I walked in his store to check things out because I was having computer problems. Roger came to my house that very same day and had my desk top and lap top running like a charm.
